What tokens are supported?
{page} (current page, 1-indexed), {total} (total pages), {date} (YYYY-MM-DD), {time} (HH:MM), {filename} (source file name). Use them anywhere in any slot.
Can I skip the first page?
Yes — use the page-range option to limit which pages get the header and footer (e.g. '2-').
Do my existing page headers get overwritten?
No — the new text is drawn on top. If your existing PDF already has headers in the same area, they'll show through underneath. Use the position options to place new text in a free corner.
