What's different from Rotate PDF?
Rotate PDF only supports 90°, 180°, and 270°. Rotate Custom lets you set any angle (e.g. 17°, 45°, -30°) per page. Useful for fixing scans that are slightly crooked.
Does rotating by a non-90° angle lose quality?
No. The page content is re-embedded at the new angle inside an expanded bounding box. Text and images stay vectors — only the page size grows to fit the rotated content.
Can I rotate different pages by different amounts?
Yes — that's the point. Enter a per-page angle in the list; pages you skip stay unchanged.
